Can I use Union right now in a commercial proyect?

That's.. I'm about to start a proyect with some RT interaction between players.. Can I use union in it? or do you suggest me to use another platform? what do you suggest?

hi alain,
from a stability perspective, Union is definitely ready for use in production environments. however, before using it for commercial purposes, please consider the following issues:

1)
Union does not yet have any built-in protection against abuse. for example, a malicious client could, theoretically connect and create millions of rooms. there are ways for Union developers to add custom code to prevent abuse already, but in the 1.0 release, we'll have a full set of easy to use admin options for protecting against abuse.

2)
we do not guarantee compatibility between alpha or beta versions, and each alpha/beta version has a limited life span. if you use an alpha or a beta version now, you will almost certainly need to rewrite some code to stay compatible with future releases.

there's nothing prohibiting you from using Union in a commercial context today, but you should be aware that you do so at your own risk.
