Admin clients should be counted separately

Description
In the admin, it should be possible to view the server's current and lifetime number of clients without counting admin connections. As the privileges system develops, the admin should show a breakdown of client types. For example, "# of moderators", "# of room owners", "# of admins", as well as aggregates.
