Description

At startup the availability of a javascript engine should be determine (eg. OpenJDK does not come with a javascript engine). If an engine is found it should be injected into the attributes for use when evaluating EVALUATED attributes. If not found then the server should log a warning and disable EVALUATION for attributes.

If an evaluation is attempted when no script engine is available then it should return a u73 with status EVALUATION_FAILED.
