Description

SERVER_ONLY denotes an attribute that only the server can change but it can still be shared with clients.

1) Should the name be changed to something more descriptive?
2) Do we need a new attribute flag that denotes an attribute that only the server should be able to set AND should never be shared with clients. Right now SERVER_ONLY client attributes that are not shared are still sent to the client that owns them.
