Exception when checking security on server created room and permission is admin only.

Description
When checking if an action is permissible on a room, and the room was created with server code (i.e. not through a remote client request), and permission is admin and/or room owner only then a NullPointerException will be thrown. The Exception is caught but the action will be refused even if performed by an admin.
