Auto-remove scoped client attributes on room exit

Description
To reduce the burden of writing memory-management code on the client, the server should provide two options:
1) automatically remove client attributes scoped to a given room when the client exits that room.
2) reject attempts to create client attributes scoped to a given room if that room doesn't exist. instead, log an error.
